NO SERVICE

No Service - Got told by the waiter " We are NOT going to serve you, our system is down" Then requested a manager (Seated at the bar less than 10m away), no response... Blatantly ignored us If this is how Hard Rock Cafe does business, I would gladly tell every one I know not to go there. It was definitely my last time there. If a system is down, it is called pen and paper. Take an order, write it down and place the order with the bar or kitchen, if the system comes back on, just load the order on the system. And yes I can pay with cash if the system is still off by the end of the night.
