VERY POOR SERVICE

The service at this particular Hard Rock Cafe was of a very low standard. We were a table of 11 assisted by 2 members of staff at the restaurant. Once the drinks arrived at the table, 3/11 did not have the drinks they had ordered, while a 4th had to request a glass of ice three times from the same waitress. Once our order for starters and mains had been placed, it took 20/25 min for the waitress to report that the three orders relating to pulled - pork could not be completed as they had run out of stock. The food that did arrive was enjoyed. However, the overall experience left a lot to be desired and left a very bad taste, especially for the prices they charge. I will not be going back.
