Property rental

I rented out my property using a lady called Chyenne, two different tenants stayed at the property. First tenants left owing R15000 and second tenants owes me R34000. I have requested the security deposit and not getting it for more than 3 months. She is not helpful and unprofessional. She always takes money from the rent money saying something has to be fixed, once mounted a light without telling me and deducted R1800 with the same old light that I had not even changing bulb.
