poor customer service , avoid business with Harcourts!!!

End of February 2024 I signed the exit handover papers on the property we rented with Harcourts Vanderbijlpark; It's the second month now and we are still yet to be paid back our deposit. their agent tells me that their head office is still processing the payment and that she'd get back to me which never happens. A friend had warned me about this company and they'll try ripping me off my deposit
