Rental tenants beware!!!!!
Be very careful of this estate agency, they treat rental tenants very bad that lives in a property that they are trying to sell. A FALSE claim was made to the owner which is directly affecting my right to livelihood. And since when do they state that a tenant must not be at home when they view the property? So you're telling me that I must leave my house open, last time i checked, we live in South Africa. If something gets ******, who will take responsibility? This agency should be investigated.

Harcourts Scott Bay - Terrible Estate Agency
Wow, where do I start for the last year I have had endless problems with Harcourts Scott Bay, they don't know how to run their business. Charge tenants whatever they want and don't correct. Their account management on rentals is **********. I will never be using this estate agency again and I recommend to any new renters to avoid them as they are terrible.

I’m suppose to be happy for property sale but inn big regrets Purchased an investment property but was not assist with tenants paying rent utilities still not handed over I’ll never use them again not sure if it’s a colour thing
