I am writing after my experience with Tyron Cummins at Harcourts Potchefstroom. I have never encountered a grown man to be so immature and childish and his inability to communicate was absolutely astounding. Towards the latter part of the transaction I was alerted that the property had a leaking roof. We exchanged messages on WhatsApp and upon a phone call he was throwing a full on screaming tantrum. Furthermore, he abandoned the transaction and also **** on an affidavit about the timings of the roof leak and the handover of the keys. Looking at the online reviews for Harcourts it seems to me that they really need to make more effort with vetting their employees as well as provide them with thorough training. Abandoning a transaction and refusing to state truthful facts on an affidavit is unprofessional and *********.
