PAL

I see alot of people here complaining about Harcourts/RDC / Tergro Group. Yes I have the same issue. I have rented a property from Harcourts for more than 2 years. After fixing the property and making sure to give it back in a better state as what I received when I moved in I was referred to the finance department to get my deposit back. Just to be told that I have to contact Mario Grobler to get my deposit back. This is going on from 31st of May. I emailed the CEO of Harcourts today as we don't get any feed back or have any success to speak to Mario Grobler, and received a mail today from Mario saying that he is busy with his auditors to get my deposit paid with no due date.
