No comminication

I hate to be 'that person'; however, the lack of communication from more than one agent, representing a company, speaks volumes. Especially for a company that claims to "take pride in always being ahead of [their] competitors". As a competitor, with this much lack of agency, the bar is considerably low.

What's more frustrating is the fact that we (as applicants/clients) have to make contact to make numerous follow-ups. Even then, if we are lucky at all, it takes days to get a response via email. When calling, you don't immediately get connected to the agent(s) you are looking for, understandably so; however, promising a (potential) client that a callback will be made, and is never made breaks the trust, respect, and professionalism that is promised on your website.

If your services won't be rendered to us, for whatever reason, please do have the decency to at least let us know via email, call (or both), so that we can take our business elsewhere.
