Harcouts don't keep their promises.
Hi all beware of the promises made by Harcourts. I had a home with them for rental and they messed up BIG Time and it cost me a fortune in Lawyers fees as well as loss of rental and municipal costs. Almost R100 000-00 down the drain in a few months because they did not do their job correctly. When my previous tenants paid they were the first to claim the rental fees but when no payment was made they made promises which they did not keep. I was even told that one of the directors is an attorney and nothing can be done. The let a stranger into my home without due diligence. No deposits, nothing?????????? I had to pay lawyer to get them out Harcourts sat back and made me pay all the bills even when they stated in an email they would help. LOL help you from the pan into the fire more like it........... I will be approaching the Estate agents board and if anyone has any ideas I am more than willing to try as they cannot behave this badly and get away with it. It is the reason why ************ people are moving from one house to the next and not paying. They get away without consequence. IT MUST STOP for all our sakes.
