Harcourts Dunn Review

When I moved into my townhouse I never had any issues. I was later informed that an inspection would take place every 3 months which again i did not have a problem with. I had to live the entire year with a sliding door that never locked, they still never came to fix it even after i moved out. Anything that was their responsibility to tend to was never fixed, everything on my side had to be done asap. When my lease ended I moved out a month in advance to make sure everything was done correctly. I gave the agent a set of keys to show potential tenants while i was away. 2 weeks prior to my lease ending, the agent organized for someone to move in already, the people started moving in while our painters and cleaners where there, i was only informed because the painter told me. They then wanted to charge me for another cleaning service after new tenants were already moved in and making themselves comfortable! 2months later and i still haven't received my deposit. Not good service at all!
