Harcourts disgusting experience for first time homebuyers

Terrible experience buying our first property. The consultant Morne **** to get us to sign an offer to purchase telling us we can cancel at any time. That was not the case when we were slapped with lawyers letters from the developers. Harcourts refuse to answer any direct questions such as items we paid for as extras for the property but that cannot offer terms and conditions relating to warranties or guarantees. Communication is just ignored or my partner is told Morne is too busy to reply. Worst customer experience ever. The rental side also don’t answer questions and have paperwork with incorrect fees that is not what we are agreeing to. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. They deliberately cause confusion to trap you in purchasing and paying for fees that you are not aware of as first time homebuyers.
