Don't lie to me and then try to bully me into not saying anything about it.
After I reported them for incorrect listings, they won't stop harassing me, even after I've asked them to.
The agent in question emailed me vastly different amounts regarding a rental that I enquired about on Property24. Suddenly, the deposit was much higher, there were other fees and costs not mentioned.
Other agencies are up-front about this information, so I said I do not wish to proceed and left a Google review. Then the calls and WhatsApps started.
Stop harassing me, you can't start out with lies and then scramble when I call you out on it.

This matter had been escalated to our General Manager and Principal who were in contact with you at the time. The Agent in question provided valid explanation for an error made in an email, where the amount differed from the actual listing. This was an honest mistake. The person apologised and managed the situation extremely professionally. The person tried getting hold of you to apologise in person and see to your complaint, but you weren't interested. Instead decided to make false claims about "harassment" on this forum which we strongly denounce.
