R950 credit check **** - Harcourts Kraaifontein

Be very careful when dealing with Harcourts Kraaifontein. They took R950 from us for a "credit check" for a place that wasn't even available. Despite the Principal promising a refund back in March, they have gone completely silent.

Joyce, the agent, is now ignoring all communication. It’s been over six weeks of waiting for a refund that was promised in writing. They seem to have no intention of renting out homes and are simply pocketing application fees. Extremely unprofessional and *********. If this has happened to you, speak up - people need to be warned about these tactics.

I will be reporting them to the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) if the refund isn't processed immediately
