Harcourts and Anny Issa NO!!!

We purchased the property from Harcourts Extreme in Alberton wigh my partner.. The ECC was requested by Bond Attorneys 11 December 2020 then they didn't receive it from the seller.. Early January 2021 I asked the agent with with regards to that, she kept on making excuses and lies.. I told we need that.. She answered me very rudely stating that we can cancel the offer to purchase as she has cash buyers who can buy the property now, that she has never worked with clients of R580K busy following her at the back for the ECC and she has clients buying properties over R2m they don't annoy her..It didn't well cause of the attitude she gave me. My partner complaint to Prescilla Dos Santos regarding her agent till today it is not yet resolved or dealt with. Imagine a whole agent stating that should we cancel the offer she will sue us and blacklist us such a "Threat" from a big property organization.

The property got registered today 04 February 2021, she telling us to have humanity and let the ex owner to stay in our property whereas we also have our own problems and that is why we bought a property of our own.. She is telling us that we should give the ex owner a chance to stay there and we need to occupy the property as a matter of urgency.. The seller knew she's selling the house from the beginning, once the house was lodged 26 January 2021 she was supposed to move out of the house and find her own place as it takes 8-10 for the house to be registered..

Now Anny sent my partner voice not saying we will be smiling when the ex owner of the house will be paying the occupational rent, for my knowledge the occupational rent is paid by the purchase who wants to occupy the property urgently..

I'm pregnant, vulnerable and need to dort out issues with the Gynae in Soweto and settle there as we both working from home.. We tired of paying and we want our house as a matter of urgency by this coming Saturday 6 February 2021.

I will never ever give any referral to anyone who wants to buy a property from Harcourts Agents in my life.
