disgusting service and blatantly filthy mannered management

<p>Never in my life will they see my face, so this afternoon my family and I decided to take a drive and have lunch at the Harbour lights restaurant in Gordon's Bay harbour as we have family and friends who went there just 6weeks ago and they claim to have had a wonderful time,so please tell me had management changed or was the lack of service a regular thing when the owner is not around...? We arrived at 12:50 excited to have the gorgeous view and we were only ask to order our drinks at around 13:20 they brought half the tables drinks which was all soda cans and two alcoholic beverages (no big preparation), we in turn decided to place our orders since they took that long just to bring our drinks we thought maybe the food might take a bit long as well...mind you the restaurant only had +/-7 other people in the restaurant and a fully functional kitchen downstairs to serve other patrons,nothing linked to the upstairs kitchen....at around 13:50 we decided to ask how far the progress was with our meals ,(quick meals eg,calamari and chips and onion rings) we were then told by a very rude and obnoxious supervisor that we can't expect to have our food immediately because we aren't waiting that long, we then informed him this is no way to speak to your customer and he basically stated that we have to just relax as they have to assist downstairs as well?!?!?!.... *** I went downstairs and saw that it's a take away fisheries with (at the time) no customers!!!!! At 14:20 I approached the supervisor and asked for my bill for the drinks and starter and wanted to leave and he has the audacity to raise his voice with arms in the air and tell me that he will not give me the bill and that I will just wait for my food as they are currently "dishing my food"... we got I food at 14:28 and no presentation I swear they just placed it on a plate to say "here *****" , they might as well have served it in a take away box .... btw the food we ordered wasn't all present we request mash they gave us chips and when we request chips we were given mash or vegs ...OMG and to top it all of when the bill comes to over R1000 we realize we were charged for items we did not even receive... so clearly no tip was given... FML Harbour lights Restaurant -you will never see me again and I hope Ur Pathetic place gets closed down....!!!!! Pathetic AF.... the manager has the audacity to tell me this did not happen as if I need to lie,then you will just learn</p>
