KEEP EVERYTHING LOCKED IN YOUR CASE ******* AT LARGE

Not a very pleasant stay in November 2020. We had personal effects ****** from inside our locked room. I reported to the hotel management and was assured in writing that an internal audit would be conducted and reported back to me. Im still waiting to hear (2 months later)and i have tried to send follow up e.mails but my e.mail address has been blocked on their server, which I find disgusting, so be warned from my experience the HHH management will probably do nothing if you encounter any issues with your stay at the hotel.Scary thought! I also advise that you don't unpack any of your personal belongings, even your toiletries, as they are certainly not safe. Keep everything locked in your case, so your holiday wasn't spoiled like ours was.
