Harbour House Hotel Herm**** as waste of my money

Really didn't enjoy our stay at Harbour House Hotel in Herm****. Where do we start, parking is terrible on street and tight. In the room the small TV only has Mnet and 2 sports channels, the shower leaks the whole bathroom floor wet, toilet smells bad, breakfast has very limited opinions, no after hours RECEPTION, no porters or maintenance staff. Came to get away and relax for 3 days, feeling more stressed out instead. When trying to call to complain on night one, nobody at reception, when complaining yesterday afternoon about the leaking shower I was offered more towels by the gentleman at reception because no maintenance staff on site, nobody bothered to even come and check what the issue was. Photos do not tell the true story, you don't even get what you pay for. The worst hotel experience I've had in South Africa.
