Disgustingly dirty rooms and very unfriendly staff/management!

Stayed at The Gallery Studios in Herm****, which is associated with Harbour House, just before New Year's.

Arrived in the room which was in DISGUSTING condition; The floor had stains, there was old popcorn under the bed, the floor was so dirty that after walking around after a shower, our feet were black underneath, and the walls had weird marks on them.

But even worse was the awful attitude from management. After politely calling the front desk and explaining the situation, the receptionist called the manager. His reply didn't contain an apology, he just sent the cleaning staff to take pictures of the room, not even clean the damn room!!!!! All the while the cleaning staff just laughed and didn't take the situation seriously.

I cannot recommend staying here. The location is decent, the price isn't too bad, but it is not worth what we got. Avoid if you care about a clean room or good service.
