aweful service

I stayed at harbour Plaza 8 degrees in December 2015. I was absolutely horrified with the service we experienced.<br> On arrival, we were not welcomed. We had to take our own bags up to our rooms. Breakfast was even worse as the staff did not smile, the chef acted as if he was doing you a favour by frying an egg and if you asked for something, you were given a dirty look. I was certainly not impressed.<br> even worse was the room. The carpets were stained and even though I asked for my bedding to be changed, it wasn't. The bathroom was just as bad. <br> The reception staff were not helpful at all. When I asked about my refund of deposit, the arrogantly said I have to wait 2 weeks and that's it. No one at that hotel ever bothered to ask if we enjoyed our stay.<br> What a terrible way to spend my holiday? <br> I will never recommend anyone stay there as the staff and service is what makes a holiday and they have no concept of it.
