Unprofessional consultant

This organization should not have been given a task of recruiting for government jobs like Education assistant. They gave me a very bad attitude while phoning them for recovery password, there is a guy by the name of Tebogo, he got a very bad attitude. He asked my ID no. And I gave him then we fought when he asked if I ever changed the no. I said no because I only created a profile with SA youth on September without knowing that it was still Harambee and with Harambee I created a profile in 2014 while I was still a student and on 2019 I changed that no. I used to register. He kept fighting for that and I told him that since our fight won't bring solutions can we proceed but still he kept fighting to an extent that he said "angisiyena u ntanga wakho" of which I still don't care but the only thing I needed was him to ask what is required from me to be able to regain my account. He kept arguing & yelling while I ask him to assist me to regain my account and not dwelling on giving solutions to my issue and at that time I kept quiet the when I asked him if are we going to proceed with the matter I'm facing, he then dropped the call. What annoyed me the most is that there is COVID 19 and our Government is trying to help unemployed people of SA. This incinded showed me that there are people who will miss these opportunities due to stupid consultants like Tebogo, just imagine if it was someone who was calling with R5 airtime and very desperate for this opportunity as closing date drawing closer, what was going to happen and please put it in mind that our people are facing this issue on daily basis, meaning each and every day our people are missing out in opportunities because of such behavior.

I called after the worst experience and got somebody who assisted me. I now request Tebogo's team leader or any leader from Harambee to solve this issue accordingly because if I you don't get rid of people who sabotages Government's plans through this kind of behavior, I will share my with the media and make relevant officials from Dept of education aware of this
