We inquired about getting a golden retriever puppy from them. They sent photos of a puppy that was available and as soon as we asked to come see the puppy before paying they got defensive. They immediately deleted the photos they had sent and sent a snarky remark saying "Why would you ask for photos if you were planning to come and see it"

I then went onto the Facebook page called Puppy ****s in South Africa and found that many people had paid this company and never received the puppy.
