Late delivery of milk, and a hair in my food.

I find it absolutely pathetic when I arrive at a restaurant at 8h00 ,half an hour after their opening time (who primarily sell coffee drinks and teas) and there is no milk. Regardless I bought a yogurt drink and raw brownie bar, ONLY TO FIND A HAIR! The hair to me did not look human, but I may be wrong. I complained, received no apology or compensation for the bar I could now no longer eat, just a laugh at how \strange it is". Disgusting. Seems to me over my last few visits to Greenside branch that they are going down the drain. """
