i receive regular massages and emails from this online shopping platform. twice now i have received messages that peaked my interest. the message read that "official winner of 2022 Name and Surname - your product has been reserved to your phone number" and if you click on the link it showed that i won a new play station and need to pay the delivery fees. i did this, i received confirmation that the order is paid for and that delivery will take place within 3 working days, this was on 8 January 2023, still did not receive anything. when contacting the customer service they say that there was no special like this. they are not helpful, and i pay subscription fees every 2 weeks. if i want to cancel there is another cancellation fee that needs to be paid as well.
