Pathetic bunch of ***** and ********

Took car for service to car service centre in modderfontein Kempton Park in August 2019.They charge me for new spark plugs which they never replaced.i phoned them n they apologize n ask me to take the vehicle to them.They called me back and told me that they have replaced the spark plugs with new ones.i pick my vehicle up just to find out that they never replaced the spark plugs with new ones but just other used spark plugs.pathetic bunch of *****.Plz be careful who and where you send your vehicle will never used them again or any other service centers.
