Very disappointed.

Usually I don’t do this, but I am exceptionally disappointed in Happy Yappers Animal Sanctuary. My family and I went to buy a puppy on Sunday - we were aware that they do house inspections before giving the puppies but instead they just allowed us to take him home with us on that same Sunday. Today is now Tuesday and someone came to the house and took a look, and decided after 3 days of having the puppy that they aren’t happy and are coming to collect him in 24 hours. We had no say in it. Not only are all of the dogs at Happy Yappers living outside in kennels and cages, but my bedroom with a blanket and pillow was not good enough? My heart is broken. This pup brought happiness to me, my family, and my other dog (as he was alone), and now it’s being ripped away all because their employees broke the rules and gave us the puppy beforehand? That is absolutely unacceptable and I would not recommend this place. 1 star from me.
