Misrepresentation Sharon Chokoe is a dental the****** and NOT A DENTIST ( DR )
I have decided to post this because judging by loads of reviews of Happy Tooth in Blairgowrie clients assume that Sharon Chakoe is a Dentist, meaning that she's a Dr,she is not,she is a dental the****** therefore this constitutes misrepresentation in my eyes. They charge the same rates as actual dentists though. Her practice number as a dental the****** is ***. I had a strong suspicion yesterday that she wasn't a Dr because she bungled up my antibiotic script twice because she is clueless about dosage. I showed her my previous script that was from an actual dentist. The script was for 2 tablets to be taken 3 times a day means 6 tablets a day for 5 days totalling 30 tablets Her 1st mistake is that she never even asked me if I was allergic to anything, I am.allergic to penicillin so I would have been in serious trouble. Then I showed her the Clindahexal that I was prescribed before.Script one error.,she couldn't even read label !Take 2 tablets a day for 3 days, this is incorrect so she had an attitude and wrote scriot number 2 stating to take 2 tablets a day for 5 days, that's 10 tablets, not 30! Then I was treated very badly at Clicks in The Valley Shopping Center because her script was totally incorrect. He spoke quite a while to her on the phone and they agreed on the correct dosage given by a previous dr who is a dentist namely 6 capsules a day for 5 days! I told this very unfriendly pharmacist that I know Sharon Chokoe is not a dentist,I was right! The very unfriendly pharmacist was Masilo Glenvio Sekhwibidu. Incorrect prescriptions for a severe mouth infection can lead to sepsis which is life threatening. I was already sweating profusely, had severe headaches, extremely itchy, increase in blood pressure. I told him.I am going to report her to the HPCSA. He was extremely biased and protecting a dental the****** who is clueless yet is writing out scripts for schedule 4 and 5 drugs! I am.not in the wrong, she was extremely negligent in her duties . Another concern is that clients assume she's a dentist when she's not, she's a dental the****** so she is not allowed to do root canals and crowns yet when I asked her for the prices she did not mention that she's not a Dr. There prices are the same as going to an actual Dr that is a dentist. I assumed she was a dentist but when she cant even get a script right and her extremely vague explanations on my question of a hot tooth. I know I just wanted to confirm my suspicions that she is indeed not a dentist.
