I joined happy swimmers for myself and my 2 daughters

I joined happy swimmers for myself and my 2 daughters. I went for a session last week on Friday, when I got there , the instructor told me that I was in the wrong class. She promised to speak to someone so that they could change my slot for Tuesday. No one called, and I have been sending emails and what's up messages, no response. When it comes to payment, they are quick to respond. I then received any email last night saying Friday there won't be any classes, and again, I send messages to find out what will happen with our session. No response. Until now I just received a message and the person says they will refund me my money I dont have to join the swimming school. They are unprofessional.
