Happy store bad service

Worst company ever! I placed an order on 1 December 2021. Due to the festive period, my order was delayed. I was informed that there was a delay and I must be patient. I have been patient until today. I have made several requests for a refund but I don't get a response.I have received my orders from International companies but still not my order from this company. I'm beginning to wonder if it's a ****.
