Pathetic and unacceptable.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Ordered Valentines flowers way in advance and paid the delivery fee of R70. Even though I was the first to place a Valentines order, my delivery was not even delivered by 15:30 on Valentines day. The owner/manager (Anette Roux) was also not willing to give me a refund. Will never, ever, even if they have the only flowers in the world make use of them again! Stay well clear.
