Wrong Room, not their problem

So, my husband and I booked to stay over at the Happy Rhino Hotel, the night of OUR WEDDING. We booked a suit with a balcony over looking the city...when we arrived, they took us to a TINY bedroom that was nothing like the pictures. When we asked about it... they said thay we should stay there for the night and THE NEXT DAY they would move us to our room. Now, we had already paid and they werent sure whether they had a room available...how?!

Anyway so eventually they find a room like the one we booked...but on our way to the room... you hear people getting it on. This is the type of hotel people would go to to take ladies of the night...it was disgusting. The place was not safe, the planks we walked on felt like they could break any moment. The entire hotel looked nothing like the pictures on the website and the staff were unbothered about any of what we were experiencing.

Had they shared our concern or sense of urgency to get it done right, things may have been different. We were told we couldn't get a refund because they had a room. So we ended up leaving AND losing money.

I would not recommended this place to anyone... such terrible service
