Worst stay & bad service

They **** about their rooms- false advertising. They have bad service, bad treatment, and attitude toward me. I demand my money back, this was all a waste of time and money. My entire stay was ruined- I wish I had spent my six days elsewhere! Not worth my hard-earned money! These people do not give a care in the world about any guest. They brush your concerns off even after countless complaints- the entire week! Nothing gets resolved. I'm still waiting on my refund from this so-called ''management'' !!!!!! No one is ever coming back to me, to date. I'm utterly disgusted by the treatment of this place and its *********** employees. I wish I'd never booked here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM IS A LIE. PERIOD!!!!
