Worst experience ever

Where do I even begin. I booked parking before arriving at the hotel. On arrival no parking available, which resulted in my car being damaged and my badges ******. My towels weren't washed on two occasions, my own personal towels, were distributed to other rooms, the breakfast is overpriced, cold and not tasty. My bedsheets weren't washed for an entire week. I stayed for 11 nights. The hotel stinks, and so does the attitude of some of the staff. My tv could not be used for my entire stay, even though i complained about it on 4 seperate occasions. This place needs to be better managed.
