what service???

<p>Myself and my 3 year old daugther went to cape town as there was a possibility for her to undergo major surgery. She has BO. We stayed at the happy rhino as it was just a few blocks away from the hospital. Although the rooms was clean and we has a great view, the advertising is very misleading. The op didnt happen, and we left earlier. Since my daughters diagnosis last year we spent atleast a week in the NICU every month. As we left earlier we were promised a refund for tge remainder of our stay. I've sent numerous emails, with not one response, i've phoned tons, with no returned calls and as yet no refund. The service is soooooo unprofessional. Its been weeks now and still no refund. Just a lot of sorry the person you need to speak to is not currently available, they'll call back, yeah right!!! Or it will be done today, empty promises. </p>
