WHAT A HORRIFIC ******** OF A PLACE

Absolute worst possible hotel experience dealing with Happy Rhino Hotel. You only have to read the horrific reviews to see how they con travelers. And all under a "Non-Refundable" policy. I'm sure they get a lot of requests for refunds. The hospitality industry is bleeding, yet this is the standard travelers have to put up with. No answer on their reservation line (based in Durban), their listed number doesn't work and a front desk manager who just pulls up his shoulders.
