Very bad service

We got very bad service. When we arrived, we were told that there was loadshedding and we should return later. And when we arrived later our booked rooms were occupied and and we told that we should take other rooms(that we did not book) that were open and we were not satisfied with the rooms with such rooms. And they kept harassing us, and they called security to take us out but we did nothing wrong but we were in the assigned rooms
