Unpaid deposit.

<p>I have been staying in the long term rental services offered by this Hotel called http://getaroom.co.za</p> <p> </p> <p>After the passing of a family member I had to leave the country (back to the Netherlands)</p> <p> </p> <p>The owner of the Hotel (Amy Collinson) Has promised me via emails with all the Proof of Payments that I was in good standing and would get back my deposit within 10 working days. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am now back in The Netherlands and the owners are completely ignoring me, it has now been 1,5 months. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am desperately in need of this money they promised to refund and with all the written proof I have from the owners I should have the right to get this back?</p> <p> </p> <p>With the owners ignoring me I have no idea what to do next.
