Unhappy Rhino Hostel

There is absolutely zero hospitality or customer services. The manager Loraine has no way of speaking to guests. In turn she raises her voice gives attitude and walks away while you are trying to speak to her. Not only is she unprofessional but certainly not worth the managerial position.
