TOTALLY DISGUSTED - I FEEL ******

I am disgusted by the fact that they false advertised, WHAT YOU SEE ONLINE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!! The place looks totally run down, I had dirty bedding on my bed IT WAS NOT CHANGED! Poo marks, blood stained mattress protector, dirty marks all over the bedding.. I have the pictures to prove it!! When I complained at reception the manager was sitting next to the receptionist who politely apologized. The manager however had nothing to say to me she turned her head to the cleaning staff and yelled all of you are getting a warning! (what a way to handle the situation - great management skills!) not once did she apologize, she left and 5-7 mins later appeared and still saw me standing there not a word uttered.

I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone it is not worth any money.. I feel like I have wasted R2500 a night on this place..
