This hotel is a *******!!

This hotel is a complete *******. I arrived today and wanted to check in. First they said the room isn't ready. I wanted an hour before they said its ready. Then they told me I didn't pay. After I showed them proof, they told me I had to pay a R500 security fee, which was never mentioned before I booked nor after I booked. I told them I don't have R500 to pay and they told me I can't check in then. We argued for hours, many people walked in and walked right back out. Bottom line, people are paying to stay at the hotel and end up not staying due to bad service. On top of that your money does not get refunded. Seem like a scheme to me. I am not impressed at all. This place should be closed down.
