I am so deeply disappointed by this hotel. Your staff is the most cruel. The 14" Peruvian Hair was taken from my luggage by your stuff.

They agreed to store our bags when we checked on the 18th.

I was on Room 105 & 107 - Sindiswa Mathe I suspect the receptionist lady with very colorful nail polish. The guy who stored our bags had a German Cut. He might have been the one who took it.

I was totally disappointed by the place you call a hotel but *****ING your guest stuff is totally disgusting. I want a refund. I am reporting this matter. I am going to take steps to ensure everyone knows about your pathetic service, dump and your disgusting theft behavior.
