The worst hotel experience you will have!

If this review would allow me, I would give less that 1 star! Wow, I am in absolute disbelief at the service and safety hazard that the Happy Rhino Hotel allows their customers to experience. Upon arrival you are hit with a smell that one can only experience in the most polluted areas of the world! When checking in, the safety deposit needed is for them to keep you ID or Drivers License. This left me bamboozled and astounded! My check in time was at 2pm, but left me and my partner sitting in a waiting area for 45 minutes because our room was not yet cleaned. If you are lucky enough to be able to see your room, I wish customers the very best as the outdated elevators is where we got stuck for 30mins. Nobody will assist you when ringing the emergency bell. When we finally got out, we demanded to speak to the manager (Candice) refused to speak to us, even though she was on the phone with the receptionist. To this day, we have not been contacted nor have we even received our money back! This is the worst place on earth, and I wish no customer to experience what we have! The world deserves the favour of having them removed!
