Terrible Service

Bad bad bad. We checked in on the 3rd of January 2020. We were given room 723. On the 4th while we were out on our tour we received a call that we have been moved to another room(213), without even a prior warning. We were moved from a room with a beautiful view to a room with a concrete wall as our view. Besides the tiny size of the rooms I feel they are disrespectful towards their guests. Maybe they have a system of classifying their guests. I will never recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town. I fortunately work in the industry that will help me keep sending negative reviews about this hotel until we get an explanation and apology for such conduct. Dissatisfied guest.
