Terreble service and NO Refund

i did a booking on the 21 January 2021 through Booking .com , i called so many time but no one answers and sent email too but no response , so on the 25 January i cancel the boking via booking.com then later rep**** via Nightsbridge that there is no refund.

what kind of business is this that does not answer call and just take money and does not want to refund when you cancel . it would have been better if all this information was on the website , instead they wait for you to book and do all the payment ,only then you are told there is no refund .
