Takes bribes, False advertising

Absolutely aweful, the help desk is accepting bribes from customers and they are selling rooms you have booked. I booked the room twice and twice I checked in online and I was denied keys when I arrived at the hotel. Absolutely unexplainable. They blame booking.com for the double bookings. I strongly advise anyone to not rely on this hotel you will be left stranded
