Poor service

So on Saturday 13th February 2021 I booked in at the happy rhino hotel,I waited a half an hour for them to check me in and get my room key. As I came into the room the TV lead was cut so I had to go call them they then came to replace the TV but got told there is no remote they will check where they get one I then waited about a hour for them to bring a remote. As I got to the toilet they said toiletries was provided there was no such had no soap,toothpaste or a towel? I then told them they said they will bring I then left to go buy food came back a hour later still no toiletries went back to the office they then gave me 2 small bath soaps and no towel The shower had no door one,as I showered the water was running out the shower around the toilet almost out by the door The room side lamps was not even working,it was so hot and uncomfortable in that small size room No fan neither. It showered toiletries,DStv,WiFi available there was no such of the above. I had to watch SABC 1,2,3 and 4 No WiFi but yet they gave me the password haha there is a method to there madness They know what they doing that's why they say no refunds. The service is so poor I wouldn't recommend anyone to book into the happy rhino hotel The service was bad,and what they advertised as to what we got is total different. At about 1 am the TV goes off no signal,I then told them they said nothing they can do I'm not happy I took pictures as proof Even the blanket the we got provided looked dirty had yellow marks on. #i wont recommend anyone to go there Poor poor service
