Pathetic service/ False advertising

I had to park my car on the streets and not in the secure parking as the guy with the keys was out partying in town. There is tea and sugar in the room but no coffee or milk and when we asked at the reception he said he would have it for us when we got back from dinner, when we got back and asked for the items his excuse was he couldn't find any. I don't see why we should pay so much money for such **** service.
