Not so pleasant stay at Happy Rhino Hotel

We stayed there for a week and the rooms was smaller than shown on their website. On our arrival on 27 January 2020 I laid on the bed and started to itch upon inspection the bedding was dirty with stains. The hotel managed to change our bedding. Our biggest frustration was that there are no phones in the rooms so you have to use their whatsapp number which they take time to respond to. With regards to the bedding we had to physically go downstairs to reception to ask them to change our bedding. Overall not a pleasant stay as you can even hear your neighbor through the walls so we were unfortunate to get neighbors who were constantly on the phone and we could hear them even their TV.
