NOT RECOMMENDED.. FALSE ADVERTISING

FALSE ADVERTISING...... The place looks NOTHING like advertised online, Agoda should not promote a disgusting place like this.

We came a long way for a night in the city - when we arrived they said that the booking was not processed on their side (after i send confirmation that I got from Agoda and paid for) They asked if we wanted to go and have a look at the rooms while they sort it out.... My mouth hung open, the place is completely different from the one we booked. We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 children - there was no way I would sleep there with them. city views ??? All one could see from a broken window was a type of balcony at the bottom - full of ******s, cigarette butts and *******. bathroom was not even something I would go to in public, dirty full of marks. Coffee station? All that was there was a stray garbage can and an abandoned table. deeply shocked and disappointed. I definitely learned a lesson from this, cheap buying is expensive buying. They have to be closed, or have to put their real photos online, if someone then books on it they have nothing to complain about. Staff was not helpful. I insisted on a full refund so we could book another place for the evening. They did not want to at first, I had to make a fuss.

The saddest of all is that others will book this place based on what it looks like.
