No refund for checking out before staying . BAD SERVICE

I booked in to this hotel yesterday even for two night's. Paid the fee. An hour later I get a call from my sister saying my father is rushed to hospital and dying . I ask to check out immediately and ask for a refund and it was refused immediately without concern at all. I want my money back I did not stay over !!!!! DO NOT BOOK INTO THIS HOTEL YOU WILL BE ****** BLIND
