NEVER USE THIS PLACE THEY ROB PEOPLE

So we booked a room on booking.com we had drinks and couldn't drive home.

On booking.com we booked a room for the night ...literally 2min after paying we managed to get a sober drive to drive us home.

Then exactly 5min after that we canceled the booking already paid...and chose to waive the cancelation fee because it was literally 5min after booking the room.

They said they will get back to us...we patiently waited and nobody made contact with us for over a week.

Then i called in and nobody could assist me...they said they do do refunds and basically stole our money....for a service we never used...i dont mind paying a cancellation fee...but the whole amount?

Thats basically day light *******

Firstly we canceled the booking 2ndly we didn't even go to hotel or anything 3rdly Booking.com gave as a waiver option for cancelation.

So how can we pay for somethimg that wasnt rendered to us??

Its been months now and still no refund nor a alternative to solve this problem.

Isn't hotels in the hospitality business?

How did this experience make me feel at home??

I was ****** of my hard worked for money...by people simply deciding its ok to ***** from another person.

I am so disgusted that this place evens is allowed to trade seeing all the negative reviews on here I'm sure i won't even get anything out of this....but this is just for the next person to see how poorly this so called business conducts themselves.

So its ok to take peoples money for nothing i guess only in the world of HAPPY RHINO HOTEL.
